4th Corruption Summit (Miami)
In the end of November 2021, Friends of Corruption Museum (FoCM) held publicly for the first time its Corruption Summit, at Room 222 of the Seven Seas Motel in Miami Beach.
The Corruption Summit was meant to work as a point of encounter for different nationals and expats , and to find possible solutions to encourage the use of corruption. The event was attended by politicians, activists, and members of the public. At the same time, FoCM presented The Art of Giggles, a pop-up retrospective of the work of American artist Maxx Giggles.

Giggles' work explores the porn industry in South Miami and California and is based on real life experiences and interviews. His work has been exhibited in different countries, and is now part of the permanent collection of the Friends of Corruption Museum. The Art of Giggles explored Maxx's studio life and practice, in which pornstars and prostitutes are often his subjects and collaborators. One of them is frequented by a board member, and was who introduced Mrs Costafreda, our Chief Curator to Maxx Giggles. In his studio, Maxx is often visited by women he has sex with and/or paints.

The Corruption Summit was a two-day event, with talks and panels on the first day, and a party at the Seven Seas Motel on the second day. The party was hosted by American artist Maxx Giggles. The Corruption Summit was organized by FoCM in collaboration with different individuals and entities. The main sponsors of the event cannot be made public.
The event was a great success, with over 100 people attending and a lot of positive feedback. The next Corruption Summit is already being planned for the end of 2022.
